Do Not Enter PHI
Do not enter patient-identifiable information, protected health information (PHI), or other sensitive personal data into FinRec AI.
FinRec AI is not intended to receive PHI.
Do not include information such as:

- medical-record numbers;
- patient account numbers;
- Social Security numbers;
- patient-specific claims or clinical details;
- payment-card information;
- passwords or account credentials;
- other information that could identify an individual patient.
